Cancellation Policy
Spiritual Coaching & Counseling Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Spiritual Coaching & Counseling with Shawnte Blyss Barr. Please carefully review the following booking policy to ensure a smooth and respectful process for all parties involved. Session Details -Session Duration: 45 minutes -Availability: Sessions are available on Saturdays only. -Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of $25 is required to secure your session. This fee applies toward the total cost of the session. Payment -The booking fee must be paid in full at the time of scheduling your appointment. -Full payment must be completed before the session. -Failure to pay the booking fee will result in the appointment not being scheduled. Cancellation & Rescheduling -Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid additional charges. -In the case of a no-call, no-show, an additional charge of $25 will apply. -If you need to reschedule, the booking fee can be applied to the new session date, provided that the 24-hour notice requirement is met. Confidentiality -All sessions are held in strict confidentiality. -Shawnte Blyss Barr is an ordained minister, and your personal and spiritual matters will be treated with the utmost respect and privacy, following ethical guidelines. -Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law. No-Call, No-Show Policy -If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-call, no-show), a $25 additional fee will be charged. -Repeated missed appointments without proper communication may result in the refusal of future services.
