Confidentiality
All client interactions and personal information are treated with the strictest confidentiality and are not disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.
Payment Terms
1. A non-refundable enrollment fee of $150 is required to secure your booking.
2. Full payment must be made before the commencement of the sessions.
3. A payment option is available with a $500 non-refundable deposit. A detailed payment schedule will be outlined in the contract.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued on the following basis:
- Deduction for any services already rendered.
- Deduction of a $150 appointment block fee.
- Any discounts applied to sessions will be subtracted from the refundable amount.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations must be made 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid a $25 charge.
2. No refunds will be issued for no-call no-show instances.
Package for Two
Enrollment for two people includes an additional charge of $350 per person, plus a $150 enrollment fee for each individual.
Contractual Agreement
All clients are required to sign a contract prior to the start of any sessions, detailing the services, payment terms, and other pertinent policies.
